The AI Readiness Report ($497) and the Report + Strategy Call ($1,997) are one-time purchases. Each covers one assessment: your intake answers are scored, the report is written from them, and it is personally reviewed by David Davis before delivery. You receive a private web report and a downloadable PDF.

The AI Use Policy Pack ($149) is a one-time purchase. You fill in a short form about your organization, and five documents are written from your answers: an AI use policy, an employee quick guide, an approved tools and data tiers table, a new AI tool request form and a rollout checklist. Each is delivered as an editable Word file and a PDF, usually within minutes. While the product is new, some packs are checked by David Davis before they are sent and arrive by email, usually the same day.

If the pack doesn't fit your organization, reply to your delivery email within 14 days for one free regeneration with your notes, or a full refund.

The policy pack is not legal advice: have HR and legal review it before you publish or rely on it. Your organization may edit, publish and use the documents internally as its own policies.

Your report is delivered within 48 hours of completing your intake. The clock starts when you finish the intake questions, not at purchase, since the report cannot be written without your answers.

One revision round is included. Reply to your delivery email within 14 days with what you would like expanded, corrected, or taken deeper, and those sections will be reworked at no charge.

If your report doesn't give you a clear, specific plan your team can act on this quarter, reply within 14 days for a full refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the delivery date.

Your report is licensed for internal use. Share it freely inside your organization, with your leadership team, and with your board. Republishing it publicly or reselling it is not permitted.

The report is advisory. It reflects the answers you provide and the judgment of an experienced IT practitioner, but it is not legal, compliance, tax, or financial advice, and all decisions and their outcomes remain yours.

If your purchase includes a strategy call, you schedule it through the booking link in your delivery email at a time that works for you.

Payments are processed by Stripe. An invoice with your company name and tax ID (when provided at checkout) is issued automatically.
